Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
• Ensure efficient handling of products from shipment to delivery, including packaging, inventory, and transport management.
• Manage all aspects of shipping routes and delivery, specifically regarding cost and time efficiency.
• Communicate with suppliers and clients to achieve cost-effective and timely shipments.
• Handle documentation necessary for domestic and international shipping, including customs clearance.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise and ensure timely resolution to maintain supply chain continuity.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements related to logistics and shipping.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics, shipping, and handling import/export operations.
• Familiarity with logistics software or transport management systems.
• Understanding of customs procedures, international trade, and shipping documentation.
• Medium proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
