We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Leader to manage a portfolio of direct and indirect customers, including Landing Taiwan Operation (LTO) and Landing China Operation (LCO) Strategic Accounts in Thailand. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging Printed Circuit Board (PCB) migration activities and capturing growth opportunities within the country.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver successful sales results to achieve business targets.
• Manage selected strategic and key accounts in Thailand across all PCB applications and segments.
• Collaborate closely with Taiwan and China teams, as well as LTO and LCO customers to drive PCB migration activities.
• Build and maintain long-term, strong partnerships based on trust at all account levels.
• Serve as the primary contact for accounts regarding requests, new developments, and quality-related issues, such as customer complaints and specifications.
• Develop and implement key account plans and strategies to achieve objectives.
• Identify and develop new potential customers while expanding business with existing accounts by analyzing customer needs and market trends.
• Discover impactful opportunities for existing and new products through engagement with potential customers at all levels.
• Communicate product benefits effectively and make recommendations to help customers understand the value of the company products for their organizations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of sales, marketing, or engineering experience, particularly in electronic industry-related products. Experience in PCB or flexible circuit board (FPC) industries is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related Science/Engineering field.
• Fluent in English (both oral and written). Proficiency in Mandarin (both oral and written) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong initiative to identify problems and propose effective solutions.
• Willingness to travel within Thailand and abroad as needed.
