Hydro Neo is a fast-growing, international startup focussing on Smart Farming solutions for the Global aquaculture industry. Our vision is to expand our Smart Farm Management System, with which we are already the market leader in Thailand, to become the Hydro Neo Aquaculture Super App for everything farmers and the industry need. We are backed by leading Thai and international investors, BOI promoted and team of 30+.

We are looking for a creative and strategic communicator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communication, content creation, and data-driven marketing techniques.

Tasks

Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.).
• Focus on lead generation and data visualization to drive business growth.
• Implement relevant tools, enhance Marketing automation, own the audience and build funnels

Content Marketing:

• Create compelling content for various platforms.
• Design graphics using tools such as Canva. Proficiency in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma is a plus.
• Produce and edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar; experience with this software is a plus.
• Analyze content performance and adapt strategies for improvement.

Requirements

• Passionate about making the world a better place through marketing and communication efforts.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, media, or a related field or similar background
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
• Creativity and a passion for storytelling
• Excellent written and communication skills in Thai and English
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing techniques
• Experienced with marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM, and automation tools is a plus
• Active mindset, constantly learning to improve your skills and knowledge
