Company Overview:
Squat Revolution is a leading fitness & health company that has been operating in Bangkok since 2016. The company is expanding its business to Phuket in 2025 and is offering a full-time position as a Massage Therapist to 1 suitable candidate.
Responsibilities include growing our brand across the island, building up a client network, providing Massage sessions in clients' homes around Phuket, and delivering a professional service in each session. The successful candidate will receive a fixed monthly salary, petrol allowance, public holidays, annual leave, social security insurance, and potential performance bonuses.
We are also open to targeting hotels, golf clubs, and other venues around Phuket for our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients for the business
- Engage with potential clients
- Organize and conduct massage sessions around Phuket
- Deliver exceptional service during each massage session
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be able to transport yourself and your equipment to each appointment.
- Fluent in spoken and written Thai, with good English communication skills
- Knowledge of human anatomy
- 1-2 years of documented experience as a massage therapist (Thai, Swedish, Sports, or Deep tissue massage)
- Dynamic, independent, hardworking, and positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility in work hours, especially initially, to build a client base.
