THE POSITION: Merchant Operation Executive (Telecaller)
Seeking a highly motivated and energetic candidate for the position of Merchant Operations Executive (Telecaller). Well organized, flexible, and enjoys the challenge of delivering on time. Has the ability to work in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Good communication skills, attention to detail and integrity are critical for this position.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Make collection calls and emails to follow up on outstanding receivables
• Handle billing related queries from merchants or refer them to related department
• Chase collection and resolving queries with merchants
• Preparing and managing invoices with the team for billing cycle
• Managing with a messenger to deliver invoices and receipts document
• Perform Ad hoc duties as required

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Degree in any field, welcome for Fresh Graduates (have experience would be a plus)
• Good oral and written communication skills (Thai and English)
• To be thorough and pay attention to detail
• Fast and independent worker with a high level of integrity
• Proficient in MS Office
• Applicants who are immediate starters or with short notice are highly desirable
