• Manage daily plant operation to ensure that the operation is running properly, efficiency and safely.
• Promote continuous improvement for production system, improve productivity and initiate cost saving plan for the whole plant.
• To be assigned for improvement projects or collaboration across the entities in order to achieve the business goals setting or long term strategic plan.
• Enhance and maintenance the manufacturing machines, mold, tooling and equipment in term of QCDSM in order to achieving the company policy and target.
• Oversee and supervise engineers and staffs to perform the assigned job according to company policy and customer requirment.
• Maintain and utilize the manufacturing utility and machines at the optimum efficiency.

• Participate in company KPI management meeting to review the performance and lift up for new challenged target.
• Support for implementation which any tools in MAHLE Global Standard.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

• To drive plant operations as high as efficiency & effectiveness that in order to achieve a corporate objectives and goal in term of safety, production volume, manufacturing overhead cost, production OEE and scrap of nonconformity.
• Supervise for engineering and maintenance issue in order to ensure that processing machines, tooling are properly inspecting and operates as high as efficiency and make sure that preventive maintenance and calibration programs are in fitted place.
• Productivity improvement and cost saving initiatives, plant expansion projects.
• Plan and control of industrialization according to new product and new process in carry out the most efficiency and meet customer expectation.
• Promote continuous improvement and always keep up to date on the manufacturing technology and management techniques.

• Implementation and compliance with HQ’s internal regulations.
• To control and support the environmental management system to be aligned with local government regulation and customer requirement.

• Manage the human resources in the division to perform the assigned job in line with the company management and productivity policy.
• Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Management of operational functions according to the policy, orientation, strategic planning and drive through with any challenges.

• Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Direct, review, and approve product design and changes.
• Monitors progress against project schedules and budgets; recommends allocation of resources as required to accomplish goals.
• Coordinate all engineering changes and approvals to meet customer deadlines.
• Maintain product spreadsheets for engineering change impacts.
• Conduct appropriate experimentation, analysis and justification for process changes.
• Directs constant communication with group engineering to ensure that any new developments affecting plant engineering are quickly and accurately transmitted and that any approved or standardized methods are established.
• Value engineer existing products and processes to reduce cost, lead time and cycle times.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Fluent in English skills.
• Technical knowledge about Injection Process, Molding, Stamping Die, Resin Components, Oil Filter Process, Oil Cooler Process.
• Leadership for change management, Communication & Influencing, Pro-Activeness, Self-Control, Caring & Developing and Empowering.
• Min.5 years of experience in Automotive Industry.
