We are partnering with a leading Client in the Industrial Sector to hire a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer who will lead and manage mechanical capital and engineering projects across the region. This role is crucial for ensuring that mechanical systems align with business strategies, meet industry standards, and support sustainability goals.
Based in Thailand, you will oversee the development, implementation, and governance of mechanical engineering standards across regional projects. You will drive project delivery, ensure compliance, and manage the talent pipeline within the mechanical engineering team. Your leadership will be key in standardizing equipment to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, with at least 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering design and manufacturing. Proven leadership in managing complex projects in a multicultural environment, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in English, are essential.
