Why we need you



We're seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our team and drive the successful implementation of innovative technology solutions. Your deep understanding of business analysis, technical architecture, and project management will be valuable in delivering high-quality solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be essential to our success.


What you will be doing

  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure relevant and up-to-date information is available to stakeholders.
  • Plan, prepare and conduct presentations & product demos for clients.
  • Evaluate existing systems capabilities and features with customers’ business needs. Provide the proper system roadmap based on customer business needs.
  • Support the development of business cases for new technology initiatives.
  • Work closely with business, digital & technology leaders as well as implementation teams to ensure that the technology platform is fully and appropriately leveraged.
  • Provide architecture blueprints leveraging business and technology.
  • Plan and define high level design of technical solutions and explore potential technical solutions with the teams.
  • Act as an advisor for business/technical aspects of solutions to the Engineering team.
  • Keep the Architect repository updated.
  • Keep the project knowledge center (Confluence) updated.


You

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4+ years experience in IT developing and providing technical and business solutions.
  • Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes.
  • Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures.
  • Great communication skills and ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to handle stressful, time critical projects and deliver great user outcomes.
