Job description

Duties/Responsibilities:

Supporting the CX team in the creation, implementation and monitoring of in-store (and out-of-store) events
Analyzing and monitoring the results of these events and making suggestions to optimize events
Help with the operational organization of appointments/customer planning for international (and local) events
Participating in the development of CRM activities
Ensuring the quality and security of customer data
Assisting with the extraction of customer lists for clienteling actions and the creation of emailing's
Supporting with the launch & analysis of in-store customer relations tools
Train store users to take customer details in order to improve data capture
Assisting the Retail teams with the various in-store CRM tools and projects (implementation, functionality, use)
Service Excellence
- Preparation and monitoring of uniform orders
- Consolidating store requirements for clienteling tools (placing and tracking orders)
- Mystery shopper visits: analyzing and consolidating results and proposing action plans and training courses based on identified needs for improvement.
- Support CX Manager and stores to resolve client complaints
Other Retail Missions
Cooperation with various internal and external departments
Contribution to various retail tasks (Operations, After-sales service)
Providing administrative support to the CX department

Competencies:

CX experience within a retail environment
Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
Fluent in Turkish & English
Team player, with great interpersonal skills
