Meaningful Work From Day One
In this role, you will be responsible for inventory, supply and co-packaging planning for all Brown-Forman brands imported to Türkiye.
By supporting the Türkiye Supply Chain Operations Manager, you will provide analytical and administrative support in demand and supply chain planning issues, including managing inbound deliveries, planning local rework, strip stamping, import transfers between local warehouses and monitoring KPIs level for services like warehousing, co-packing and logistics service levels and ensuring regulatory foresight and compliance in the fields of customs and excise tax administration.
You will collaborate with BF CIS Commercial and Marketing Team to develop demand forecasts and support the allocation process for CIS Distributors (gift offers, limited additions etc.).
This is an office/hybrid role with 3 days a week in our fantastic mod office.
What You Can Expect
Inventory Management & Administration Turkiye

• Close collaboration with BF Corporate Supply Planner in order to ensure stock replenishment for Turkey (demand plan update, coordination of Inbound deliveries, stock replenishment requirements to support local activities, monitor inventory and take action to avoid out of stocks)
• Provide transparency of local warehousing and logistics restrictions to corp. supply planning and logistics teams
• Provide visibility of open orders and in-transit shipments to relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with custom broker (inbound deliveries to bonded warehouse; import process)
• Supply planning for local warehouses and scheduling shipments between plants
• Create rework plans and maintain trackers for co-packing/gifting/allocated products and manage their sell-through
• Daily cooperation to maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics service providers
• Prepare and share inventory reports including slow moving and inventory obsolescence reports
• Developing performance reports to support the wider Supply Chain Team
• Monitor warehouse capacity
• Collaborate with the Procurement team to ensure on-time delivery of new projects

Supply Chain Optimisation

• Monthly tracking of KPIs for logistics services
• Identify operational issues/bottlenecks and initiate the timely implementation and execution of countermeasures
• Build a trustful working relationship with subcontracted logistics service providers
• Guide and support annual and ad-hoc inventory count procedures

Support Demand Planning process for Türkiye

• Collaborate with BF Türkiye Commercial and Marketing Team to develop demand forecasts
• Support global and local allocation processes (gift offers, limited additions etc.).

Support Demand Planning process for CIS distributors

• Collaborate with BF CIS Commercial and Marketing Team to develop demand forecasts
• Support the global allocation process for CIS Distributors (gift offers, limited additions etc.).

What You Bring to the Table

• Fluent in Turkish and English
• Experience with ERP system - SAP preferred
• Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in supply chain logistics
• IT literate - MS Office & Google applications
• Demonstrated analytical skills and solution-focused to solving problems
• Communication skills (influencing, listening, presentations, written)
• Collaborative team player
• Adaptable, flexible and resilient
