How will you spend your time at Vodafone?

• The purpose of this role is to be responsible on management of Level-2 Network Operation, Maintenance and Support of VFTR Network, which includes IP Core & Network Security domain elements (IP Core Routers, Switches, Sec GW’s, CGNAT, Gi FW, Telco Cloud Network, Data Center Network, Network Firewalls and SSL-VPN’s, Office Network Services etc.) in based on 7/24/365 time
• To perform L2 operation and maintenance activities of IP Core&Network Security. Responsible for all Level 2 operations (integration, roll-out, acceptance, troubleshooting, configuration management, SLA/OLA management, etc) for corresponding products and services
• Managing and organizing group staff, working with Network Planning and regarding departments.
• Organize and manage IP Core&Security Level-2 Operation processes with NOC Departments, Planning Departments, Regulation, IT and Sales Department.
• Taking necessary preventive and corrective actions for keeping IP Core&Network Security continuity and performance in KPIs. Interfering when needed, ensuring escalation and reporting to other departments within this scope realising works below mentioned.
• Manage and operate IP Core&Network Security Transformation in scope of Technology Evolution, SDN, Digitalization and AI based Applications.
• Create and develop capacity, quality and fault report for IP Core&Network Security systems to increase service quality.
• All activities and work done according predefined by IP Core&Network Security Operation with reporting.
• Manage and coordinate vendor processes and operational activities.
• Manage and coordinate acceptance tests of IP Core&Network Security equipment and deployments, identification of non-conformities and taking corrective actions
• Definition of Vodafone requirements and ensuring development at technology level is provided by vendors
• Taking active role manage operational process of projects executed within NOC as well as Central Planning departments.
• Ensure that VF HSE&W procedures implemented and works carried out in compliance with local HSE regulations.
• Ensure that work associated risks are assessed and reduced so far as is reasonably practicable.
• Assurance of all operational activities comply with VFTR’s information security policy, standards and procedures, Report all suspected security and/or policy breaches, potential security risks to VF TR Corporate Security,
• Protect VF TR’s information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference,
• Protect user accounts and associated passwords, and accept accountability for any actions performed via usage of those accounts.
• Ensure that VFTR BCM policy /standard ,procedures ,plans implemented and works carried out in compliance with ISO22301 standard
• Ensure that BCM risks are assessed and mitigated so far as is reasonably practicable in VFTR Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)
• Ensure VTR BCMS by planning, establishing, embedding, implementing, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving within VFTR

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, ability to multi-task.
• Graduate from Electronic, Computer&Science, Telecommunication Engineering.
• Hands on experience and in-depth understanding on IP Core & Network Security Technology (IP Core Routers, Switches, Sec GW’s, CGNAT, Gi FW, Telco Cloud Network, Data Center Network, Digitalization&Automation, Network Firewalls and SSL-VPN’s, Office Network Services.)
• 8+ years of experience on IP Core & Network Security Technologies.
• Supply high concentration and attention.
• To have intermediate or advance level of English.
