What you’ll do

• To execute the capability of VBU one Portal MAAC project, The aim is to build an online sales infrastructure capability where enterprise customers can purchase Saa S products in digital channel, in accordance with integrations (App Direct) and reusability standards (One Portal Framework) in accordance with group standards.
• Create converged digital experience for both VBU customers by providing self-service SAAS features on a singleplatform.
• Align with Vodafone group stakeholders for journey developments and infrastructure integrations/developments
• Responsible for the new SAAS products digital journey implementation and enchancements
• To sustain relationships with internal / external stakeholders to ensure their full support for Enterprise products digital journey to achieve product KPIs.
• To collaborate with other teams to gain customer/market insight for new SAAS products and product enhancements/redesign and to plan the digital journey of the products
• To Cooperate with IT and Customer Operations teams to provide input to ensure successful operations and customer care for the digital journey developed.
• To Drive multi-functional teams for perfect digital journey delivery
• To Analyze competitors’ digital journeys and communicate competitive threats and opportunities to leadership.
• Self-service features in one platform with ease of access is needed to boost upsell, cross sell opportunities and care features by providing excellent experience and reusable components across VF Group Opco’s.
