What you’ll do

• Contributes Telesales strategies for Cops to ensure VDF Turkey realizes its ambitions for the short-mid and long term.
• Establishes business plans & targets and ensure company resources (budgets, people etc.) are utilized efficiently/effectively to deliver results targeted by the department.
• Will be responsible for Cbu Mobile & Fixed Telesales , retention activities, Mobile and Fixed C2D (clicktodoor) activities
• Ensures all Sales strategies are applied to achieve annual sales and revenue targets.
• Leads Budget Alignment effort in Customer Services
• Ensures the timely preparation of management reports and data required for making data driven business decisions.
• Coordinates and ensures the development with presentation of annual budgets, forecasts and mid-term business plans.
• Manages and executes standardized monthly and ad hoc financial forecasting reporting/ processes and partners with business
• Considers actualizations, Mo M, Yo Y vs budget variances and takes necessary actions.
• All financial negotiations with COPS senior executive team, finance, marketing and other high level management teams
• Establishes and develops best teams. Motivates and develops team members so that people are loyal to company and turnover within department is minimized.
• Ensures all activities are applied in line with time tables and budgets so that VDF Turkey can achieve its annual results and revenue targets.
• Control transactions with document done by VF Sales Channels executed in line with regulations rules, otherwise take necessary actions about customer and dealer (missing document processes and dealer penalty processes)
• Represent company in audit requests coming from BTK in transactions with document
• To visit all vendors working for the Vodafone Telesales billing operations
• Develops direct reports to ensure appropriate succession plans are in place.
• Ensures all actions of VDF employees are in line with company policies. Takes respective actions when these policies are violated.
• Monitors the performance of direct reports and ensure every team member is above the minimum performance requirement. Takes corrective actions on time.
• Establishes effective relations with other departments so that Telesales Team can handle business more effectively and efficiently.

Who you are

• BSc. degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar fields
• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Responsible for Telesales Management
• Significant Sales & Customer Care experience
• People management experience
• Military service completed(for male candidates)
• Experience in Telecommunication or Telesales
