IF YOU ARE

• A new professional with at least 6 months of experience in business analysis
• Understanding the software development lifecycle
• Familiar with the requirements lifecycle
• Knowledgeable about business analysis techniques and requirements management tools
• Capable of communicating freely in English within a multicultural environment
• Equipped with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Organized and attentive to details
• Quick to learn and adapt to different business areas
• Good at modifying your approach based on changing conditions, circumstances, and feedback

AND YOU WANT TO

• Identify and document the business value of features or backlog items
• Contribute to the BA Communication Plan while following established communication rules
• Adhere to requirements management processes and plans
• Prepare, conduct, and confirm the results of elicitation sessions
• Package and communicate BA information to the team (e.g. requirements, designs, meeting minutes)
• Engage in team discussions on functional and non-functional requirements
• Collaborate under supervision to document and specify functional requirements
• Review functional requirements with the supervising BA and the team to ensure quality
• Maintain functional requirements and link interdependent ones under supervision
• Support requirements change management activities
