• Proactive and initiative-driven, always ready to take the lead
• Skilled in juggling multiple tasks while maintaining focus and efficiency
• Experienced in using project management software like Jira and Confluence
• Strong in verbal and written communication to effectively interact with stakeholders, clients, and team members
• Adaptable to changing circumstances, project scopes, and evolving technologies
• Familiar with Project Management methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, and SAFe
• Having a solid understanding of the IT landscape, including IT infrastructure and the role of Dev Ops in it

AND YOU WANT TO

• Coordinate day-to-day operational project activities, resources, equipment, and information
• Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans and schedules
• Increase team productivity and motivate them to achieve high results
• Participate in identifying and mitigating project risks and issues
• Manage client expectations, communicate project progress, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction
• Track project progress and report on key metrics and milestones
• Work with project status reports, identify issues, analyze them, and provide effective solutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Dev Ops workstream
