What you bring along:

• 1 year or more of experience in the Business Process area;
• Good at Excel (knowledge of Vlookups and Pivots);
• Solid in Zendesk;
• Skilled in Google Suite, especially sheets and docs
• Customer service/support experience;
• Attention to details;
• Ability to work on a shifted schedule 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. Eastern Time;
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Nice to have:

• Work experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role;
• Deep knowledge in the financial area.

This is your mission:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over email;
• Monitor AP email and respond to vendor and employee requests;
• Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers;
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel;
• Enter invoices into Coupa AP system and consolidate them in Excel to send to customers;
• Reconcile cash received from customers and apply to open invoices;
• Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team;
• Identify and suggest possible improvements in procedures.
