REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in project management
• Upper-intermediate English language level (required)
• Finances planning proficiency
• Experience with product implementation processes or worked in a product company (mandatory)
• Understanding the SDLC, software implementation cycle, and support
• Being initiative
• Skills in workload effective prioritization
• People management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Stress-tolerant and service-oriented attitude

Will be a preference

• Understanding of the FMCG industry
• IT Service Management experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordination of the team activities
• Controlling and supporting the project documentation, plans, and reports
• Using project management tools to monitor working time, budget plans
• Providing the necessary information about the status of the project and the tasks of all its participants (teams and clients)
• Defining goals, tasks, terms, and results of the project
• Solving project problems
• Monitoring all the stages of the project
• Project team meetings organization
• Managing risks and conflicts
• Planning resources
