Soft Serve Business Systems' ideal candidate has experience in pre-sales activities and discovery phases, initiating new projects, and helping with existing ones.

REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years as a business analyst in software development projects
• Previous hands-on experience in Pre-sales and Discovery Phases (mandatory)
• Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills
• Proficiency in analyzing client's requests, gaining needed details, and producing comprehensive technical documentation
• Stress resilience and capability to perform under pressure.
• Skills in conducting pre-sales activities with English-speaking clients at upper-intermediate level
• Familiarity with implementing ERP systems processes in complex business environments

Will be a plus

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the FMCG sector or similar roles in IT consulting or system integration firms
• Familiarity with Sales Force Automation (SFA), Distribution Management Systems (DMS), and Business Intelligence (BI) tools
• Knowledge of retail distribution structures and marketing operations

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyzing and documenting business processes within ongoing projects
• Participating in pre-sales and discovery phases
• Developing detailed technical documentation and reports to support software development and system enhancements
• Liaising with clients to refine requirements and adapt to specific business needs
• Collaborating closely with software development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
• Delivering presentations and demonstrations of software functionalities to clients
