Our customer is Anheuser-Busch In Bev (AB In Bev), the biggest brewery company in the world. We own over 630 beer brands (including Budweiser, Stella Artois, Hoegaarden, Beck’s, Leffe, Chernigivske) in 150 countries and are considered to cover 28% of the global beer market worldwide. European HQ is in Leuven, Belgium.

REQUIREMENTS

• Starting from 3+ years of BA experience in IT
• Skilled in collecting business requirements and developing BRD/PRD
• Analyzing and describing business processes
• Familiar with application development and software development lifecycle concepts
• Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills
• Used to deep diving into the product scope and learning fast
• Working both independently and in a team
• Upper-intermediate English level for daily communication with clients and teams

Will be a plus

• Salesforce application interfaces
• Agile/Scrum development processes
• UML, BPMN, and other process notations and description methodologies
• Holding demos and KT sessions for stakeholders

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gathering, clarifying, and developing business requirements
• Understanding the product from both business and technical perspectives
• Ensuring that the quality is built-in via setting corresponding acceptance criteria
• Work closely with developers and QA resources to ensure that the built solution meets client requirements
• Taking an active part in Scrum activities
• Participating in the decision-making process, and taking ownership of the result
• Demonstrate experience in creating and managing custom field/objects, complex workflow rules, process builder/flow, record types, data validation, page layouts
