• Provide support in the operational management of digital systems crucial for streamlining customs clearance and aiding in the digitization of export processes.
• Facilitate effective collaboration and communication with government entities, Ukrainian partners, and other stakeholders.

• Help in integrating and streamlining border management procedures and support the digitization of export-related certificates in collaboration with relevant entities.
• Provide administrative support to the Economic Recovery team, including organizing meetings, preparing documents, and managing communications.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to economic recovery and digitalization projects.
• Facilitate the exchange of documentation with recipients, beneficiaries, and contractors, including letters, original documents, and other necessary materials including preparation of official correspondence.
• Prepare payment requests and oversee their complete execution
• Manage the contracts for external experts, including document verification, obtaining approvals, and submitting for payment as well as with the procurement payment requests;
• Assist with preparation and signature process of Mo Us with Beneficiaries and recipients
• Perform additional routine procurement duties, as needed.
• Support the training organization for businesses and government officials on the use of new digital systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, public policy, international trade, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in these areas would be advantageous.
• At least one year of experience with digital system development and implementation, especially in the context of customs clearance and export-related processes.
• Basic knowledge of digital platforms and AI technologies.
• Capability to support digital service provision and operational management.
• Strong ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including government entities and interagency groups.
• Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to assist in managing projects and tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative environment.
• An interest in economic recovery, particularly in the context of Ukraine's SMEs and broader challenges.

• Understanding of best practices in digital governance and anti-corruption.
• Familiarity with the operating environment and main stakeholders in Ukraine regarding anti-corruption and digital governance efforts.
• Experience managing teams working in the context of ongoing conflict.
