Established in 2014, our Soft Serve University division focuses on developing cutting-edge e-learning solutions and media content for both our associates and external learners.
Our e-learning development team (ELT) in Ukraine is a group of talented Project Coordinators, Instructional Designers, and Developers with plans for expansion into Poland.

IF YOU ARE

• Experienced in educational projects with media and e-learning content development processes
• Skilled in presentation, analytics and negotiation
• Knowledgeable of multimedia and e-learning formats, MS Office, Vyond, Storyline and Adobe CC tools and Learning Management Systems
• Confident in understanding of graphic design requirements
• Culturally intelligent, oriented at multinational requestors
• Capable of expressing your ideas in English during daily stand-up meetings
• Great at multitasking and time management
• A holder of a bachelor’s or higher degree specialist in Computer Science or similar (nice to have)

AND YOU WANT TO

• Analyze requests to recommend the appropriate e-learning structure, key topics, and additional materials
• Develop innovative pedagogical approaches for blended media and online learning materials in collaboration with the project team
• Finalize educational texts, scripts, and storyboards according to established learning design frameworks
• Implement assessment modes (tests, quizzes) to measure the effectiveness of knowledge transfer
• Stay updated with trends in learning technologies and instructional design
• Develop learning objectives, structure learning activities, and create visual aids for both online and face-to-face interactions
