Facility Specialist (Lviv office)

- Managing vendors providing services and completing of duties associated with purchasing and stocking supplies for office maintenance.
- Resolving general maintenance requests and emergency orders.
- Be in charge of fire safety and labour protection in the company
- Performing minor repair works.
- Providing general assistance during events and business visits.
- Ensure standard furniture and devices supply.
- Carry out the reception of deliveries from suppliers and vendors.
- Participate in preparing the workplace for newcomers.
- Replace individuals and teams within the office.
- Resolve Service Desk tickets on office issues.
- Independently initiate service providers visits and troubleshoot such systems:
- Appliances
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Heating
- Ventilation
- Air conditioning
- Other systems
- Perform basic office repairs (including furniture and appliances) and miscellaneous works as needed.
- Participate in office relocation process.
- Perform infrastructure tasks connected to new offices launching.
- Participate in initiatives, processes, and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Perform a variety of preventive maintenance tasks.
- Inspect the office on daily basis according to the checklist.
- Provide support during the planning and conducting of internal events (corporate events, conferences, trainings etc.).
- Ensure proper execution of eco-initiatives (waste sorting, energy-saving, etc.).
- Maintain fire safety, air conditioning, heating issues.
- Provide transportation and delivery services.
- Perform stock management and logistics process improvement.
- Interact with all departments of the company.
- Perform other duties as requested or defined by the role.
- Previous experience of customer service environment
- General technical knowledge and background
- Knowledge of electrical systems. Certificate with the category of admission to electrical networks will be a plus
- Basic computer, Office 365 and Internet searching skills.
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to details
- Prioritization skills
- Education: University degree
