This is an entry-level position, ideal for a graduate or recent graduate with an engineering background.
This is a hands-on role where you work directly with equipment, machinery, and systems that requires precise instrumentation/operation. Responsibilities may include some technical elements, but the focus will be on operating equipment, machinery, and systems. You'll be part of a great team, a great culture, and you'll work in a supportive environment. In this role, you will provide testing, repair, and routine maintenance services for equipment in the workshop and in the field. In addition, you will assist in setting up a business to increase revenue through the sale of Weatherford products and services.
The job requires frequent travel both domestically and internationally, with possible long-term business trips.

Duties:

• Provide on-site engineering support for the client, technicians, and supervisors at drilling sites throughout all phases of operation.
• Basic technical support for product line systems and their components.
• Interacting with the drilling crew and consulting with the driller or company representative about events or issues identified during operations.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance and troubleshooting equipment as needed.
• Assistance in making estimates of time, costs, and labor for tasks.
• Recommendations for improving methods, performance, and quality to improve efficiency.
• Responsible for daily reporting, keeping event records, and properly managing the database of all well data.
• Participate in morning meetings and conference calls as needed.
• Writing daily and final reports.
• Participation and control of installation and dismantling of equipment.
• Providing reliable, fast, and courteous customer service to Weatherford.
• Isolating and solving complex problems on site with our technical support teams.
• Knowledge and understanding of Weatherford's Quality Policy and compliance with all Quality Management System requirements, operational and technical procedures and work instructions.
• The need to understand and comply with all Weatherford safety rules and policies.
• Personal career development through external and internal technical and non-technical training.
• You'll have to work in the field and outdoors for long hours, sometimes in extreme climates.
• Performing other miscellaneous duties and tasks assigned by the supervisor within the physical capabilities of the job.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degrees in Oil and Gas Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Electromechanics, Electronic Engineering are preferred.
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Strong work ethic and leadership potential.
• Proven ability to work in a team.
• Category B driver's license.
• Computer literacy.
