Requirements:

• Minimum two years of experience in the Gamedev;
• Experience working on live projects, at least one shipped project;
• Experience in balancing and designing game systems in projects;
• Good math skills;
• Understanding of typical game mechanics;
• Ability to structure information and express thoughts clearly and convincingly;
• Analytical mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage game design documents (GDD);
• Collaborate with international teams to determine the overall direction of game design;
• Leading the design process from concept to completion;
• Design and optimize game systems, game balance, and user experience elements;
• Implement improvements based on game feedback and test results;
• Propose innovative game designs using the latest technologies and trends.
