Internal Communications Specialist for Product & Marketing (Bilingual: UA & ENG)

Join us as our new Internal Communications Specialist for the Product & Marketing teams , where your creativity & expertise will shape a communicative environment that empowers teams, fosters company culture and drives business growth.
Whereabout & Timezone: This role is 100% remote as long as you’re in the EET or Central Europe time zone +/- 2 hours.
Process: 4 stages over up to 4 weeks, including 3 interviews and a home task/case study.
Tools: Iterable, Canva, Figma, G-Suite
Reporting to: Mariia Dolynska-Talent Business Partner, and Anna Quirk-Head of Internal Communications
Your teams in a matrixed structure:

8 people in the Internal Communications Team (1 Head of Internal Comms, 4 Internal Comms Specialists, 1 Copywriter, 1 Brand Specialist and YOU!),
- 4 people in the Product & Marketing Operations team (1 Talent Business Partner, 2 People Partners and YOU!)

What will you do:
This is a matrixed role at the intersection of the Internal Communications Team and the Product & Marketing Team. You’ll be responsible for creating and executing communication strategies to support the Product & Marketing Team’s priorities around people engagement and effectiveness.
You’ll work with the Internal Communications Team as a center of expertise for communication strategies and methods, aligning on best practices and knowledge sharing. Simultaneously, you’ll collaborate with the Product Operations Pod on a day-to-day basis for strategic direction, aligning on business needs and context, stakeholder expectations, and criteria for successful results.
As you can see, stakeholder management skills, customer focus and the ability to come up with relevant business solutions are crucial to be successful in this role.
In this context, you will:
- Develop and execute annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly communications plans that support business priorities.
- Plan, edit, and write content for a variety of internal corporate channels and policy updates based on ad hoc requests from the stakeholders.

Work with cross-functional teams to identify potential news announcements and/or proactive story ideas.

Identify opportunities to promote employee engagement, foster company culture ideals and keep everyone updated with company news.

Research and implement communication practices and tools to increase the effectiveness of internal communications.

Manage internal events and other initiatives to promote engagement and company culture.

Add your creative touch to messaging surrounding learning, change, and wellness initiatives.
- Monitor and master our brand’s tones of voice in a multi-brand ecosystem.

Use data and insights to thoughtfully track communication effectiveness across target audiences and channels. - Plan and manage internal events that bring happiness and inspiration to distributed teams across Europe and the Americas.
What you will bring:
- Relevant professional experience in internal communications, social media marketing, branding or related fields.

Experience in content creation and delivery (e.g., newsletters, intranet content, videos, presentations).

Expertise in social media communications and end-to-end campaign management.

Bilingual skills in English and Ukrainian, with excellent copywriting skills in both languages. - Ability to tell a story with data and present it simply and educationally to cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.

Understanding of current trends, innovations, and best practices in internal communications. - Proficiency in using data to assess performance and make informed decisions.

Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and contribute to a positive team environment.

Strategic thinking, open-mindedness, curiosity, and creativity.
- Self-starter with a high-agency attitude.
