BSG is a mobile virtual network operator. Our company was created to provide users all over the world with useful and understandable online services at the intersection of digital marketing and telecommunications technologies.
We are currently looking for a Lawyer.

What you will do:

• Drafting, revising and negotiating contracts of various types and categories of complexity, including international contracts;

• Conducting legal analysis of contracts and other legal documents;

• Preparation and updating of the company’s corporate documents;

• Identification and analysis of legal risks, including in the course of contracting and regulatory control;

• Development and updating of relevant company policies, terms of use, legal support for the company’s corporate website;

• Receiving and processing inquiries from internal clients, tracking deadlines;

• Drafting and approval of legal documents of various categories (mainly in English);

• Searching and analysing regulatory acts of different countries;

• Maintaining a register of contracts and relevant corporate documents of the company;

• Correspondence and telephone conversations;

• Advising the company’s employees;

• Participation in negotiations with counterparties;

• Monitoring of changes in the relevant legislation (local and international), adjustment of internal processes towards changes;

• Preparation of legal reports and papers at the company’s request;

• Providing legal support for new strategic services and the work of the company’s relevant departments;

• Working with legal and financial vendors in different jurisdictions;

• Checking new and existing vendors of the company for compliance risks, initial due diligence of new counterparties;

• Legal support for the employment of new employees of the company.

What is important to us:

• Complete higher legal education (master’s degree, specialist degree);

• At least 2 years of professional experience in IT and/or telecom industry, corporate and international contract law;

• Knowledge of English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level;

• Knowledge of civil, commercial and procedural law of Ukraine and current case law;

• Exceptional writing and editing skills in English and Ukrainian;

• Experience in managing several legal entities simultaneously;

• Experience with multi-level complex contracts;

• Proficient user of legal databases;

• Ability to work with large amounts of information;

• High motivation, independence and willingness to take responsibility, good communication skills and ability to work in a team;

• Knowledge of the GDPR and other EU and US privacy regulations, including guides, penalty practices, etc. will be a plus.
