About the role:
As a Middle Java Developer with AWS experience, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. You will join a highly motivated team and will be working on a modern solution for our existing client. Responsibilities
- Back-end development to meet customer’s business needs and implement components according to modern software development environment
- Taking part in the decision-making process in application code design, solution development, code review
- Develop and review feature design documents and provide inputs/update to specifications for the solution
- Design and implement a set of various types of tests (unit, integration, functional, etc)
- Proactive position in solution development, processes improvements
- Working in an international distributed team in an Agile environment
- Communicate with PMs, engineers, Architects, QA and other colleagues and stakeholders
- Delivering the product roadmap and plannings
- To use high coding standards, software best practices and write highly testable, automatable and performant code over the whole SDLC
- Experience in software development for more than 3 years

Excellent knowledge in Computer Science, Computing Theory:
- Paradigm & Principles (OOP, SOLID)
- Database theory (RDBMS, No SQL)
- Code testing practices
- Data structures
- Design Patterns

Understanding of network interactions:
- protocols( TCP, UDP, HTTP, g RPC )
- conventions (e.g. REST, RPC, Graph QL )
- Excellent knowledge and experience in Java (more than 2 years)

Practical commercial experience with:
- Web application frameworks (e.g. Spring Boot Framework, Micronaut) (more than 1 year)
- Testing frameworks (e.g. JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber, Test Containers) (more than 1 year)
- ORM (e.g. Hibernate) (more than 1 years)
- RDBMS (e.g My SQL, Postgre SQL, Oracle) (more than 1 year)
- Version control systems (GIT)
- Cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud Platform)
- AWS experience (Aurora, Lambda”s, Step Functions, etc.)
- Containerisation ( e.g. Docker )
- CI/CD
- Intermediate English
- Knowledge/Readiness to work with Kotlin

- Java
- Spring Framework
- Cloud providers
- Kubernetes
- Kafka
- Delivery processes (SAFe, Agile, etc)
- Deployment strategies
- Security patterns, Common attacks types (OWASP)
- Architectural, Enterprise and Design Patterns
- No SQL (e.g. Mongo DB, Couch DB)
- Search Engines (e.g. Elastic Search, Apache Solr)
- Key-value storages (e.g. Redis, Memcached, Hazecast)
- Messaging systems (e.g. Rabbit MQ, Apache Kafka, Active MQ)
- Web Servers(e.g. Tomcat, Jetty)
- authentication and authorization flows, standards and practices (e.g. o Auth2.0/OIDC, JWT, SAML, SSO)
- Profiling, troubleshooting, and debugging applications
- Agile software processes and technologies
- Serverless architecture
- Infrastructure as a code (e.g. Terraform, Ansible)
