Our client develops the software as a service (Saa S) application for commercial service contractors, mainly focused on fire and life safety services. The contractors use the client’s mobile and web applications to streamline service operations, sell more services, and engage customers online to earn revenue growth averaging over 23% year-over-year. Together with a client we develop and maintain existing applications for field technicians.

IF YOU ARE

• Experienced with at least 3 years in IT business analysis
• Skilled in analyzing functional requirements and clients’ needs
• Proficient in requirements visualization
• Confident in business process modeling, prototyping, and using diagramming tools like Lucidchart, Miro, Draw.io, Visio
• Knowledgeable of the Requirements Lifecycle and able to manage the requirements process
• Familiar with product roadmaps
• Good at facilitating, preparing, and conducting elicitation sessions
• Fluent in English for coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

AND YOU WANT TO

• Gather requirements and drive the analysis, design, and development of the solution
• Suggest design options and improvements for the "to be" state of the required solution
• Specify, verify, and validate functional and non-functional requirements
• Align the client and project team with a common understanding of the requirements
• Document and manage the requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Negotiate with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Explain the business context of the solution to the development team and other relevant stakeholders
• Define functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring the development team has all the necessary information
