Our client is one of TOP-3 global management consulting firm that serves leading businesses, governments, non-governmental organizations, and not-for-profits. The purpose of our solution is, for any given deal, to determine the quality of the deal that the sales representative is about to quote. Also, our application helps users to make better decisions on how to proceed with pricing based on dynamic deal scores. From a technical perspective, input parameters (deal specifics and client pricing rules) are sent to a backend service, which determines how that deal is scored against similar historical deals. As a result, a user is able to configure a deal that is profitable and has a high win rate probability.

IF YOU ARE

• Proficient in Python, Fast API or similar async framework (Starlette, Sanic etc.)
• Experienced with Docker and understanding of containerization principles
• Knowledgeable of Postgre SQL or other RDBMS
• Familiar with Git and version control practices
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind scalable applications
• Able to write clean, readable, and maintainable code
• Skilled in problem-solving and communication
• Experienced in AWS, Azure, GCP (would be a plus)
• Confident in Shell scripting (as an advantage)
• Aware of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines (nice to have)

AND YOU WANT TO

• Develop features using Python, Fast API, and other modern backend technologies
• Solve challenging problems by designing scalable and efficient solutions having the impact on the business requirements and communicating closely with product owners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deal configuration and pricing processes
• Optimize and maintain Postgre SQL databases for high-performance and reliability
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline for faster and reliable delivery
• Engage in code reviews and technical discussions
