PPC Manager

We’re looking for a PPC Manager to drive Beetroot’s growth!
Ukraine

Beetroot’s looking for a marketing specialist who’s going to work with paid marketing campaigns, add their personal creativity to effectively target the right audiences, deep-dive into all available data to conduct thorough analysis and extract learnings and insights from it to take active part in helping Beetroot grow further.
You’ll join our marketing team and work alongside sales specialists and designers to collaboratively reach new goals, share your ideas and bring them to life.
What you’ll do in this role
  • Cooperate with Beetroot part-time.
  • Be responsible for all paid marketing campaigns.
  • Create and manage campaigns across different platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linked In Ads, and other platforms as needed.
  • Identify and optimize traffic sources for CPL.
  • Possess a deep understanding of analytics systems, such as GA4 and GTM, to analyze campaign performance and optimize accordingly.
  • Provide personal analysis and reporting of marketing campaigns performance, with deep-dives and learnings from all data available.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and designers to develop and refine audience targeting, propose ideas for creatives, and give feedback on advertising materials’ effectiveness.
We’re looking for
  • Proactive, motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • 2+ years experience with B2B marketing.
  • Proven experience in creating media plans and their implementation.
  • Strong background in managing paid campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, FB Ads, Linked In Ads, etc.).
  • Experience in setting up and managing different types of campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing, Lead Generation).
  • Deep understanding of analytics systems (GA4, GTM) and their application to optimize campaigns and make decisions.
  • B2 and higher English, both written and spoken.
  • Creativity for campaign concepts co-creation.
