About the role
We seek an experienced and motivated Product Owner who will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and launching our products into new markets. You will be responsible for creating and executing market expansion strategies while ensuring our products meet the unique needs of these markets. This position requires strategic vision, strong leadership, and product management expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Vision and Strategy:

• Develop a clear product vision aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
• Define and communicate the product strategy to the development team and other stakeholders.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with customers, end-users, and internal teams to gather feedback and understand their needs.

Product Backlog Management:

• Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog based on business value and strategic goals.
• Continuously refine and adjust the backlog to adapt to changing requirements and market conditions.

Requirement Definition:

• Articulate product requirements through user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure that development teams have a deep understanding of the product vision and user needs.

Release Planning and Coordination:

• Plan and coordinate product releases, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Work closely with development teams to facilitate sprint planning, review, and retrospective sessions.

Quality Assurance:

• Define and maintain product quality standards.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that delivered products meet specified criteria.

Market Analysis:

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
• Use market insights to inform product decisions and strategy adjustments.

Product Performance Monitoring:

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, iterating on features to enhance user satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a product management role, with a track record of successful product launches and improvements;
• Industry experience in Insure Tech is highly desired;
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities;
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to travel as needed for business development;
• Solid English proficiency.
