Risk Insurance Coordinator

A day in the life of...
- Coordinate European insurance renewals (e.g. Construction, motor, employee benefits)
- Direct management of Ukraine insurance policies (Property, Liability, Marine, Medical, Life, Accidents)
- Provide support reviewing risk transfer clauses in contracts
- Insurance claims coordination
- Follow up with sites to ensure risk improvement actions are implemented and loss prevention grading is kept up to date
- Support achievement of Business Continuity Targets across European Sites
- Keep up to date on European sites’ risk profile and be the main point of contact for insurance-related communication (including premium budgets, review of sums insured, follow-up on premium payments and certificate issuance)
What will make you successful
- Fluent English (additional European languages an asset)
- Familiarity with financials (works on big excel files and at ease preparing financial business cases)
- Good communicator and team worker
- Previous Experience in insurance or experience in project management with interest in insurance
- Detailed and organized
- Proactive and analytic problemsolver
