Our team is responsible for supporting the day-to-day tasks and needs of Sales and Business Operations organizations. We regularly interact with Sales, Finance, Partnership, Marketing, and other departments of Soft Serve as business needs arise. We deliver innovation, data quality, and analytics.

• Highly organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and detail-oriented, skilled in self and time management
• Able to handle a high volume of requests and manage multitasking activities
• Proficient in Power Point, Excel, and other Microsoft Suite products
• Result-driven with a strong focus on achieving goals

• Capable of communicating freely in English within a multicultural environment,

• Maintain and verify sales data in corporate systems
• Engage with cross-functional business owners directly to design efficient processes and make comprehensive business requirements
• Support day-to-day tasks and needs of Sales and Business Operations organizations
• Facilitate improvements in the Sales process, CRM system, and quality checks to enable fast, consistent, and accurate execution of the sales process
• Ensure consistency of contracts, opportunities, projects, and invoices
• Develop solutions that deliver additional value
