Overview:
URC is searching for an experienced Senior Advisor on Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning, and Strategic Information for the anticipated five-year $50-99M USAID Mental Health Activity (MHA) in Ukraine. The purpose of this activity is to accelerate the development of a modern, evidence based, integrated mental health system in Ukraine that will foster enhanced accountability, efficiency, and transparency to effectively address the evolving mental health challenges faced by Ukrainians amidst and after the conflict.

As a member of the Senior Management Team, the Senior Advisor on Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning and Strategic Information (MEL/SI) directly oversees all aspects of the Activity’s monitoring, research, evaluation, learning and reporting.
