• Demonstrated with at least 5 years of experience in Java
• Proficient in Java 15/17
• Experienced in Spring MVC/REST
• Skilled in Servlets
• Familiar with JDBC
• Knowledgeable in Oracle DB
• Experienced with SAML integration
• Adept in multithreading, concurrency, and reactive programming
• Effective at leading and persuading team members in a collaborative environment without direct authority
• Strong in both independent work and teamwork with moderate supervision
• Proficient with HTML/CSS, Java Script, XSLT, and React (as a plus)

• Handle requirements and design for new functionalities/features
• Code new functionalities and features
• Fix defects after qualification of implemented stories/features
• Ensure coverage with unit and integration tests
• Manage source control and continuous integration processes
• Conduct demo and knowledge-sharing sessions after feature implementation
• Set up and configure the development environment
• Use development tools efficiently
• Address architecture questions, escalating to Architects when necessary
• Communicate regularly with Product Management and the Product Owner
