Senior Tech Artist (Unreal & Automotive experience) Ukraine

As a Technical Artist, you’ll play a meaningful role in each phase of client projects, from concept and proposal, to planning and implementation, through client delivery. While your focus will be on building real-time 3D experiences, you’ll also work with client's engineers and designers to ingest and visualize real world data. You’re an experienced technical artist that owns your work, helps guide others, and maintains a passion to learn and grow. You have the confidence and skills to champion and drive outstanding interactive experiences for discerning clients.
- Ensure that 3D models, textures, and other visual assets are correctly integrated into the client platform.
- Optimize assets for performance, balancing visual quality with real-time rendering requirements.
- Develop and implement custom shaders and materials to achieve realistic and visually appealing effects.
- Create and maintain tools and workflows that streamline the process of importing, exporting, and managing assets.
- Work closely with 3D artists, designers, and engineers to ensure that artistic vision aligns with technical constraints.
- identifying bottlenecks related to assets and rendering. Implement optimizations and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth and efficient operation across various platforms and devices.
- 7+ years of Experience in Unreal as a Technical Artist
- Understanding of Automotive and HMI
- Able to create 3D model of Car/Automotive Warning signs etc
- Able to optimize the 3D assets and technical work to improve the texture/lights/shadow in Unreal
