Senior/Lead Automation QA Engineer

Currently, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Lead Automation QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first QA on a project dedicated to automating the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees within companies. This is a unique opportunity to establish and lead the entire testing framework from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage the entire QA process, including test strategy, planning, and execution.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for the project.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Take the lead in identifying, reporting, and tracking issues to resolution.
- Potentially grow and lead a QA team as the project evolves.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior or Lead QA Engineer, particularly in automation.
- Strong proficiency in C# (Java experience is also acceptable).
- Experience setting up QA processes from scratch.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the QA function.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- English: Upper-Intermediate+
