Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role for employer brand;
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices;
- Practical experience promoting a brand and managing communications through X.com, Linked In, Facebook, Telegram, and other social media platforms;
- Excellent writing, editing, and grammar skills with attention to detail (Ukrainian and English languages);
- Proficiency in working with graphic editors like Figma, Canva, etc.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
- A proactive and collaborative approach;
- Creative and positive thinking.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to promote company employer brand in social networks;
- Drive the development of our brand's social media presence on Linked In, Tik-Tok, X. com, Instagram and Facebook;
- Collaborate closely with the HR Team to align social media efforts;
- Create and implement a content plan with creative visuals, posts, and video formats;
- Generate creative content and ideas;
- Track SMM activities, analyze achievements, and initiate ideas for performance improvement;
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices, including those specific to the WEB3 and Crypto industry;
- Launch and manage advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
