Soft Serve Academy is a division of Soft Serve University with the main goal of providing opportunities for talented individuals without prior experience to join Soft Serve using learning solutions.
Our team is distributed across various locations in Ukraine, Europe, and Latin America, and comprises individuals passionate about IT education who support newly identified talent.

IF YOU ARE

• Qualified with at least a bachelor’s degree
• Familiar with software development company operations
• Aware of educational processes and practices
• Skilled in working with numbers and tables
• Analytical-minded, processing information logically and efficiently
• Proficient in computer skills, including web platforms and MS Office
• Experienced in the professional development sector
• Capable of balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• An excellent communicator with fluent Ukrainian and an Intermediate English level

AND YOU WANT TO

• Coordinate and support all stages for training groups, work plans, and reports
• Communicate with stakeholders from Soft Serve Academy, including recruitment, marketing, and legal offices
• Organize, form, and gather feedback about courses, trainees, and work plans
• Work with the accounting department to organize the invoicing process
• Follow existing Academy processes and adjust them for efficiency
• Support reporting and data initiatives
• Communicate with clients and consult them about Soft Serve Academy learning solutions
