Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect located in United Arab Emirates with CRHI. The BIM Architect will be responsible for managing BIM projects, creating architectural and construction drawings, preparing submittals, and overseeing the implementation of BIM processes. The BIM Architect must be able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals, and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in BIM technology.
Qualifications

• Experience in Architecture
• Proficiency in Architectural and Construction Drawings
• Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Experience preparing and managing BIM-based submittals
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Knowledge of Revit and Auto CAD software
• Experience with Navisworks, Tekla, Synchro, and other BIM software is a plus
• experience dealing with Dubai municipality, trashees and DDA .
• Fit out work experience would be an advantage.
• Must have at least of 8 years post graduate experience, minimum 3 years in Dubai

You're certificates must be attested and equalization completed as per regulation. Are you already in SOE member?
