Job Description:
Lincoln Star Real Estate Development is seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. If you are passionate about real estate and have a knack for sales, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for business growth.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing our real estate developments.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for business growth.
- Attend industry events, networking meetings, and trade shows to promote the company and expand the client base.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and sales performance.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably from a university in Dubai.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong Communications and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Familiarity with the UAE real estate market is a plus.
