Senior Manager
The Delivering Deal Value (DDV) team is part of the Deals Strategy & Operations business unit. Our fast-growing practice focuses on providing support for potential, actual transactions and assists clients in all operational integration aspects of the transaction, pre and post completion, including: Buy side operational, integration due diligence; Synergy development and review; Sell-side due diligence; Carve-out; Turnaround; Taking control and 100-day planning; Value creation plan; Mergers & Acquisitions Integration; Post-acquisition performance improvement.
As a Deals Delivering Value Senior Manager focusing within Financial Services and Technology, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee post-merger integrations, identifying and leveraging synergies to enhance value creation and ensure successful integration of acquisitions for clients across within the Financial Services Sector
  
• Identifying synergies and value creation opportunities
  
• Provide expert advice on setting deal strategies, managing post-deal execution, and supporting operational due diligence for potential acquisitions
  
• Develop and refine technology and digital strategies tailored to the financial services sector, including banking (digital banking) and payments
  
• Assist our clients with Day 1 readiness activities to ensure smooth transitions and operational continuity post-acquisition
  
• Oversee and manage complex projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery (may include multiple projects at a time, while leading a team consultants)
  
• Identify and pursue opportunities to sell additional services and new work, collaborating with the DDV team and the wider Pw C network
  
• Lead business development efforts, including drafting proposals and marketing materials to secure new mandates
  
• Managing client expectations and ensuring that the scope of work, as agreed upon within the contract, is completed to Pw C’s standards of excellence
  
• Developing your understanding of the key trends in the Financial Services sector in the Middle East region
  

• 9+ years of relevant experience in financial services technology, with at least 3-4 years in a consulting role
  
• Demonstrated expertise in banking technology, digital banking, and payments, including deep knowledge of technology strategy, operating models, and due diligence
  
• Experience in the execution and program management of post-merger integrations / carve outs ranging from large scale acquisitions and disposals to smaller scale transactions will be an advantage
  
• Proven ability to drive project delivery end-to-end, from strategy through execution
  
• Proficiency with the full consulting toolkit, including Power Point, Excel, and other relevant software
  
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, combined with a results-oriented mindset
  
• Ability to communicate confidently and persuasively to diverse audiences, delivering clear and impactful messages that resonate with various stakeholders
  
• Exhibits strong time management and organizational abilities, adept at prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines efficiently
  
• Arabic speaking would be considered an asset
  
• Your flexibility to travel 40-60% of the time. This means we may require you to work away from your base office location on a regular basis and frequent overnight stays may be required. Where possible, we will take your preferences into account and strike a balance between meeting your career development/personal needs and those of the business and our clients.
