What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 2 years of Engineering Experience in a Luxury Hotel environment in the UAE.
  
• Remarkable Organisational and Multi-Tasking skills to deliver tasks Effectively, even under pressure.
  
• Sensational Teamwork and Collaboration skills to work effectively within a group and across departments with Fellow ‘FIVERs.’
  
• A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the Operation is curated to perfection.
  
• Superior Problem-Solving Skills and the competence to Exceed Expectations in dynamic and competitive operational environments.
  
• 'FIVE-Styled’ Visionary thinking by finding creative solutions, while taking Ownership for all duties and tasks assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Meticulously maintains and updates Health and Safety documentation and records to ensure Compliance with Premium Standards and Industry-Leading Regulations.
  
• Ensures that FIVE’s Safety Protocols and Engineering Practices are consistently applied, upholding the ‘FIVE-Star’ standard and creating a Secure environment for Guests and Fellow ‘FIVERs.’
  
• Supports external Audits and Compliance Reviews to ensure FIVE’s Award-Winning Standards are met and maintained.
  
• Coordinates and Prioritises tasks, providing Bespoke support to Engineers, Supervisors, and Technicians for the Smooth execution of Daily responsibilities.
  
• Assists in Managing and Coordinating service requests, ensuring Timely resolution to any Technical Issues.
  
• Offers expert Guidance and Utilises Extensive Knowledge of Engineering Terminology related to Exquisite building management and maintenance practices.
  
• Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to create, manage, and present Essential Reports, ensuring that all documentation reflects the FIVE’s Top-Notch standards.
  
• Oversees routine Inspections and Maintenance activities, ensuring that all facilities are kept in Impeccable condition to deliver a Stunning Guest experience.
  
• Implements Next-Level preventative maintenance strategies to Safeguard FIVE’s Luxury infrastructure and state-of-the-art equipment.
  
• Maintains an In-Depth understanding of FIVE’s facilities, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  
• Collaborates with the Engineering Team to support the execution of Visionary projects, upgrades, and enhancements that keep FIVE at the Forefront of the Hospitality Industry.
  
• Offers Bespoke recommendations for improving Operational Efficiencies while maintaining Sensational Quality and Service Standards.
