The Real Estate Designer and Videographer will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and engaging content for our real estate listings. This position requires a talented individual with strong design skills and experience in video production.
Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design:
• Create visually stunning graphics, social media posts, and marketing materials for real estate listings.
• Design property flyers, and other promotional materials.
• Ensure consistency in branding and visual style across all marketing materials.
• Video Production:
• Shoot and edit high-quality videos of properties, including property tours, highlight reels, and promotional videos.
• Utilize video editing software to create engaging and professional videos.
• Incorporate visual effects, music, and voiceovers to enhance video content.
• Photography:
• Capture high-quality photos of properties, ensuring that they showcase their best features.
• Edit and enhance photos to improve their visual appeal.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in creating content for real estate marketing.
• Strong graphic design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design.
• Experience in video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production.
• Excellent understanding of real estate marketing principles and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
