Job Description
Your mission:
You will help us deliver the best customer experience in the tech/automotive retail industry.
What you'll do:
-
Initiating and managing a high volume of leads interested in purchasing or selling a car through different channels like phone and chat.
Establishing rapport with prospects, understanding their needs, our value proposition and maintaining ongoing relationships to nurture leads into purchases/sales.

Requirements
-
1-2 years of experience in Telesales, ideally in the Automotive sector.

Positive attitude and integrity to build trust and achieve success while offering a jaw-dropping experience to our customers

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
A deep understanding of our value proposition and the ability empathize with others
-
Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and adapt to changing circumstances
Advanced English proficiency level
