Dubai British School Jumeira is seeking to hire exceptional professionals to join the founding team of teachers.

Requirements:
Dubai British School Jumeira is part of the Taaleem family of schools and will offer an exceptional learning experience for more than 1600 students aged between 3 and 18 years of age. The school is unique in many ways and has been built to the highest specifications with the 21st century learning needs of students in mind. Facilities include a state-of-the-art performing arts theatre; radio station; large, light and airy classrooms; an 8-lane 25-meter swimming pool with training pool; large sports field with tennis courts, shaded outdoor learning spaces, innovation lab and food technology room. Our multi-cultural environment offers an exceptional combination of the best of a well-rounded British education delivered within a truly international community. Our Curriculum
DBSJ follows the National Curriculum for England, from EYFS through to GCSE, BTEC and A Level examination courses. The curriculum is significantly enhanced by the local context and culture. The opportunities that students enjoy outside the classroom are just as important as the main curriculum and we offer an extensive, competitive, and varied extra-curricular activities programme.

Requirements:
- A Level or SQA Higher/Advanced Higher or equivalent in Performing/Visual Arts preferred.
- Experience or aptitude for working with students, previous teaching or teaching assistant experience in the Primary Performing Arts classroom preferred.
- Good levels of written and spoken English
- Enthusiasm and aptitude for working with students.
- Good team player, able to work well as part of a team.
