Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Listing Manager at Deals Experts Real Estate in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Listing Manager will be responsible for managing property listings, coordinating with clients and agents, conducting market research, and ensuring accurate and engaging property descriptions. The role involves overseeing the online presence of properties and coordinating with various stakeholders for successful property transactions.
Qualifications

• Experience in property listing management and real estate operations
• Proficient in building and maintaining good communication with landlords.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and ability to create engaging property descriptions
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and property trends
• Proficiency in property management software and online listing platforms
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in real estate, Business, or related field

Responsibilities:

• Contact and communicate with landlords to gather property details and requirements.
• Negotiate property prices with landlords to ensure competitive and fair market rates.
• Utilize market knowledge to provide insights and recommendations to landlords.
• Enter new property data into the CRM system and ensure accurate publication for internal use.
