Taaleem requires qualified PA to Heads of School for a public-private partnership elementary school.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a versatile and highly-organized personal assistant to perform personalized administrative duties for the Heads of School. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings, taking notes, and handling correspondence on behalf of the Head of School. You may also be required to make travel arrangements and assist with other duties when required.
The post holder will be the primary point of contact for all parents, guests, and customers.


Education: Good general education appropriate to the post
Experience: A minimum of 2 years working in a similar field
Competencies:

• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
• Excellent telephone manner
• Experienced in Microsoft Office
• Good-natured
• Well-groomed and courteous
• Understanding of general reception tasks with excellent customer facing skills
• A multi-tasker able to support the Management Team with administration

History of Taaleem

The origins of Taaleem began in 2004 when Beacon Education, a school management company was set up to develop and run high quality education projects. Beacon Education was created to meet the need for top-quality schools as the region’s population continues to grow.
Our first schools opened in September 2005 and two years later, His Excellency Nasser Hassan Al-Shaikh, Chairman of the Board of Taaleem, spearheaded a major ongoing investment in Beacon Education by National Bonds, a Dubai-based private joint stock company with around 50% ownership by the Government of Dubai.
Taaleem is the assumed name through which we will continue to deliver our promise to inspire students and help them to identify and develop their passions and talents.
