Property Sales Consultant
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Client Contact: Provide market advice and resolve issues promptly.
  • Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Keep accurate sales records.
  • Identify New Property Listings: Secure buyers and negotiate terms.
  • Develop Market Knowledge: Attend promotional events.
  • Create Content for Listings: Generate necessary permits.
  • Understand the Dubai Map: Have knowledge of developer projects.
  • Be Comfortable in Front of the Camera: The company will provide facilities and a photographer to assist you in creating and publishing your content on social media.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Fluent English
  • Effective Communication Skills: Provide clear advice and consultations.
  • Negotiation Skills: Achieve the best possible deals for clients.
  • Deep Understanding of the Dubai Real Estate Market: Stay updated with new developments.
  • Marketing and Promotion Skills: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies.
Essential Technical Skills:
  • CRM Systems: Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Social Media Platforms: Knowledge of how to effectively use social media for marketing.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
Benefits:

  • Salary: AED 3000 to AED 4000 plus commission.
  • Employment Visa and Health Care Plan: Provided as per UAE employee contract.
Note: This position is only open to residents of the United Arab Emirates.
