Job Description
We are seeking a welcoming and professional Sales Hostess.
As the first point of contact for our client, you will greet and assist visitors and guests, ensuring a positive and smooth experience.
You will handle a variety of front-desk activities, including correspondence distribution and phone call management.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven work experience as a hostess, Front Office Representative, or similar role in UAE.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).
Professionalism: Professional attitude and appearance.
Communication: Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills.
Multitasking: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks as needed.
Customer Service: Strong customer service attitude
